Firm Expands Corporate & Real Estate Practice With New of Counsel

Koletsky, Mancini, Feldman & Morrow is pleased to announce that Ted M. Handel has joined the firm as Of Counsel, effective October 1, 2009. Prior to coming to the firm, Ted was an attorney with Landmark Law Group in Santa Monica and has also been senior counsel with Cox, Castle & Nicholson and Loeb & Loeb. Ted’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactional matters, ranging from forming business entities to closing the financing of commercial deals to advising clients on compliance issues. His practice includes representingaffordable housing developers and establishing nonprofit, tax exempt organizations. Ted graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angelesand has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern California. Ted serves on the Board of Directors of The Carter House, a housing project for the chronically, mentally ill homeless in South Los Angeles, and the Editorial Board of Los Angeles Lawyer.
