Toxic Torts / Environmental / Habitability

The manufacture, use, and disposal of certain chemicals and other substances have prompted claims of wide-ranging physical injury and property damage. These claims are classified as types of “toxic torts.” They involve substances such as asbestos, benzene and PCB. More recently, in claims related to construction defects, “sick building” allegations are arising more and more.
