Sharon G. Friedman-Castiel
Sharon G. Friedman-Castiel was born on August 5, 1965, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Ms. Friedman-Castiel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1987. In 1993, she received her Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School. She practices family law, including divorce, child custody/support matters, as well as nonconventional family and contract law involving division of property among same-sex couples. Ms. Castiel also prepares pre and post nuptial contracts. Additionally, Ms. Castiel practices in the areas of construction defect, business litigation, and real estate litigation. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California and is an active member of the American Bar Association and Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. She has successfully tried and mediated numerous cases in the areas of family law, real estate, construction defect, and environmental litigation.
