Oakland managing partner Michael T. Kennedy, Jr.  has been named  to the Legislative Committee of the Associated General Contractors  (AGC) of California  effective immeidately. Mr. Kennedy works with the Legislative Committee to ensure that the AGC membership is represented before the  state  legislature, and that the members are well informed  on legal developments that effect  ongoing operations in the buidling industry. Mr. Kennedy’s work with the Legislative Committee and the AGC, as well as the Oakland Builders’ Alliance and Alameda County Builders’ Alliance, allows KMFM to expand the services offered to its clients; from risk management in formulating business practices, through dispute resolution, litigation, and trial.
