Ms.Akhavan immigrated to the United States from Iran 12 years ago. She graduated from college in Iran and spent eight years working in the banking industry before coming to the United States. Her first job here was as Administrative Manager of an insurance agency. From there, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank as a teller and was soon promoted to a personal banker. She stayed with Wells Fargo Bank for three
years until she decided to go to law school. She graduated from the University of West Los Angeles Magna Cum Laude in 2017 and was admitted to the California Bar Association the same year. Ms.Akhavan is fluent in Farsi, and practices with the firm’s civil litigation practice group.
