Raymond C. Dion was born on November 8, 1955, in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge in 1984. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1988, where he received an American Jurisprudence Award in Business and Tax Planning. Mr. Dion is admitted to all State and Federal courts in California and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Los Angeles County and the American Bar Associations. Mr. Dion has participated in matters resulting in eight published Court of Appeal decisions. Mr. Dion’s practice includes resolution of complex insurance coverage issues, general liability, complex business litigation, and appellate work.
