Marc Feldman is a founding partner of KOLETSKY, MANCINI, FELDMAN & MORROW, a full-service California law firm. He has 36 years of California litigation experience and has repeatedly demonstrated expertise in multiple legal disciplines. Mr. Feldman has been lead counsel in over 2500 cases involving catastrophic personal injury, products liability, landlord-tenant habitability, toxic torts, medical malpractice and major vehicular accidents.

Mr. Feldman has conducted numerous seminars and appeared as a guest lecturer for various organizations, including numerous insurance companies and professional organizations. He has spoken on a range of topics, including landlord-tenant habitability, construction defect, catastrophic personal injury, as well as various environmental issues.

Mr. Feldman has tried and taken verdicts in excess of 20 California Superior Court jury trials and 75 bench trials.

Mr. Feldman received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Florida in 1979 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern School of Law in 1982. Mr. Feldman was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983.
